2023년 3월 투자하며 배운 것 정리
Chat GPT를 비롯한 AI 기술에대해 생각하게 했던 한달이였습니다. 오랜만에 sci-fi 관련된 소설과 영화도 많이 봤네요. 스타워즈를 다시 보고, 댄 브라운의 Orgin이라는 소설을 재밌게 읽었습니다.

Let's go beyond philosophical and moral value judgments such as whether Bitcoin is simply money or not, or whether it is a monetary phenomenon or a revolution. I want to move forward with the perspective of a 'builder' who makes something on top of it. I believe Bitcoin is the hardest digital land, and I want to think about what kind of building to build on it and what kind of service will come in. Let's create the future.
Philosophical and ideological debates tend to be a zero-sum game. Most think that they can't be a capitalist and a communist at the same time. But I argue that we can have multiple different ideologies: we can be communists with our family and capitalist with strangers, for example. (Apparently, this came from Nassim Taleb.)
Anyway, the point, I want to make is that a philosophical conversation is necessary at some level, but at a certain point, it becomes so useless that it distracts us from perusing what's necessary: solving hard problems.Problems are inevitable. And problems are soluble.

2019년도에 인지과학 학부 과정을 마쳤다. 겨우 4년이 지난 2023년. AI에 대해 내가 배웠던 것은 쓸모 없어진지 오래. 오히려 근원적인 질문 '인간의 의식 (consciousness)'에 대한 고찰을 더욱 하게 된다. 그리고 AI와 관련된 ethics. 결국 일련의 기술 발전을 보며 철학적인 사색으로 돌아가게 만든다.
왜 AI는 날 철학적으로 사색하게 만드는가? 똥폼 잡는 것인가? 아니 새로운 기술을 이해하는 나의 방법이다. 이 새로운 녀석을 대체 어떻게 받아 들여야 하나? 내 마음 속에서 렌더링을 돌리고 있는 과정이다. 철학이란게 결국 무엇인가? 운영체제 시스템이 아닌가? 이 녀석을 위한 공간을 만들어야 할 때 인가보다.
AI가 가지지 못하는 것은 무엇일까? 나만의 개성이 아닐까? 아직까지는. 지금은 공장에서 대량 생산하듯 나오는 mass scale AI라면 이것 또한 발전 되면 내가 기록한 SNS 흔적을 따라 또 학습 시키는 개인형 AI가 나올 수 도 있겠다. 그렇게 된다면 나의 영혼은 어떤 것이 진짜인가?

Chat GPT와 같은 새로운 기술이 나왔을때 어찌 해석하는가...이것이 결국 차이점을 만들겠군. Prompt Engineer. 상상력이 뛰어난 사람이 이기는 게임.
